Make a controlled descent from the dizzying heights

Once our Outdoor Leaders have talked you through the technical skills, lower yourself from the top of the crag to the bottom! Always controlled by the Outdoor Education Leader, yet with a feeling of self-control this is a great adrenalin pumper! Abseiling builds trust, independence and confidence. If you choose a full day, we recommend you try some Rock Climbing as well.
