Making a booking - residential groups

Get in touch with us either by completing our online enquiry form, emailing us at cumbriaoutdoors.enquiries@cumbria.gov.uk or call us on 01768812280 to start your booking. Once we have agreed dates (and any outdoor activities or adventure breaks), we make a provisional booking and email you our booking form.

Once received, we will raise an invoice for the £150 holding fee to confirm your reservation. The invoice and all essential documents, including room plans/lists and directions will be emailed to you. 

• At 16 weeks prior to your visit if you have chosen to do activities, we will contact you to discuss/confirm all your requirements.
  
  
• At 6 weeks prior to your visit we will contact you to confirm numbers (for activities only), and raise an invoice for the balance.
  
  
• At 2 weeks prior to your visit, we will contact you to confirm arrival/departure times.
  

Making a booking - day visit groups

Get in touch with us either by completing our online enquiry form, emailing us at cumbriaoutdoors.enquiries@cumbria.gov.uk or call us on 01768812280 to start your booking. Once we have agreed dates, we make a provisional booking and email you our booking form. 

Once received, we will discuss all your requirements and activities, raise an invoice for 20% of the total cost to confirm your reservation, and email the programme and costing to you.

• At 6 weeks prior to your visit we will contact you to confirm visiting numbers, raise an invoice for the balance, and email you all essential documents, including consent forms, kit lists and directions.  
  
  
• At 2 weeks prior to your visit, we will contact you to request the parental and adult consent forms, discuss the groups medical and allergen requirements, confirm arrival/departure times.
